风暴河悬索桥的点评
点评：What a breathtaking place! The views are phenomenal. We went to the Storms River entrance. We visited in off-season and just about managed to get a car park space, so I can only imagine how busy it must be in summer. The new restaurant area still isn’t open but there is food on offer from the beach bar. Toilets are modern and clean but ensure you go before you start any walks, as there’s no facilities on the trails. We did the 3 suspension bridge trail. There’s quite a few stairs on the route and I wouldn’t call it easy, but it’s not too challenging and is more than manageable if you’re in reasonable health. I’m a 40 year old woman with a couple of health issues and I managed it absolutely fine - just a bit short of breath in places. We passed families with toddlers walking it, so it’s definitely not difficult. The walk is lovely and the stunning views are absolutely worth the effort! The rock hyraxes are hilarious and we were lucky enough to spot a blue duiker in the forest just off the boardwalk.
