Very disappointing due to fog and rain.

点评：We had pre-booked a long time ago, visiting on the recommendations of South African friends and were really looking forward to it. However, that morning there was a heavy mist/fog over the hills and rain threatened. By the time we arrived it was raining and the fog prevented us from seeing anything except ourselves. There was no point walking the route as one could see nothing. So we spent the time in the cafe. Lunch was good, and then we waited for the ferry back.
We felt completely cheated. Surely, if the one thing visitors go for, which is the view, and that is not visible, the trip should be cancelled. It says that weather may cause cancellation but when we queried it, they said only high winds prevent trips going ahead. We would like to suggest that rain and fog, especially the latter, should also be reasons to cancel trips and refund the money or postpone.
