点评：Of all the many, many art galleries I have visited around the world, this is one of the very best. I went specifically to see the First Nations art - and it was as beautiful and enthralling as I expected. I must have spent about an hour in the Bark Salon alone. Every room as powerful as the last. The First Nations stuff was so good that I doubted the galleries on the other floors would interest me as much - how wrong I was. Everything was put into the context of the Traditional Owners and colonial history and each room drew me on to the next.
The Future Country and Mother temporary exhibitions were incredible - if they are any indication of the quality of the temporary shows generally, then be sure to catch whatever is on during your visit as it will be worth it.
