点评:It doesn't sit well with me to have to give such a low rating on a lovely place, but I was badly mistreated by staff and I don't find this acceptable.
After finding out that I had been charged twice, I went back to speak to the same man who charged me, to try to politely show him the proof both in my e-mail and in my bank account (meaning my double proof), and he not only refused to watch it, but he mocked me (like a 5-year-old, repeating what I was saying in a kids voice), raised his voice, and told me that I was a "poor tourist" complaining for 28 shekels.
I understand 28 shekels may not be a lot for a regular income in Israel, but I do not live nor receive my income in Israel, and even if it was 2 shekels I shouldn't be charged twice and then mistreated when I politely (try to) show the proof.
I don't understand why someone so violent is working receiving people, but a course on how to treat people and how not to mistreat visitors would be welcomed.
When I went back to my tour bus, in very bad shape, the tour guide immediately asked me if it was the man who I spoke with. I think he clearly has a reputation for mistreatment between tour guides, and I can provide proof of that, as I was on the mistreated side.
