点评：I did the Leap into the Past tour. There were just two other paddlers and Ian (our guide). Ian is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He was incredibly responsive when I was planning the trip.
The tour itself was incredible. Small group and away from the crowds. Decent amount of paddling the the opportunity to dive in the Colorado.this was my 3rd kayak tour and by far my favorite experience. Part of that was Ian and his commitment to making sure every paddler has a good experience. Part was the magnificent landscape. And part was the equipment. Having paddled 12 miles on an old sit on top it was amazing to be in a sit in light weight kayak. I wish it were not summer and I could have done “The whole dam tour”. Ian is committed to each person he takes out. He knows the terrain and is just a great guide.
If there is a downside, there is no pick up option from the strip. So a car rental is required (making it more expensive than others) . You also have to bring your own water. But honestly the equipment, small group and tour guide, more then made up for it.
