点评:Let's face it: For as many people are asked to provide an opinion on any subject you'll receive just as many varied impressions. Having lived in / traveled extensively through Colorado for 6 years during 1970s / 80s for whatever reason never toured this site. Mid-April 2026 we were back and decided to go; 100% satisfied! The reduced rate for seniors was a plus. It wasn't crowded so freely walked/ducked/climbed through the dwelling areas. There were clearly marked signs providing explanation of all areas, including the plants. As a matter of fact I took photos and sent a bunch to family; one identified tree balm as something growing in their own garden! I wasn't aware there were 3 stories in the gift shop / museum but very happy the clerk mentioned it because there was much to learn from the unique decorative plaques explaining the visionary concept that resulted in these dwellings being replicated to Manitou Springs. Also, be sure to see the full length turkey feather dress - - Wowzer, such talent the Pueblo Native Americans possessed ! My humble opinion: Just go and you be the judge.
