点评：Shopping on Market Street in Downtown Portsmouth, G. Willikers! Books & Toys was one store I visited.
This business has been family owned and operated since it opened in 1978. Three generations are involved in the business today.
On my most recent visit, I saw some card games, such as Slamwich and Me Want Pancakes as well as memory and matching games. I'd not seen those before.
Another area had Where’s Waldo books. G. Willikers! and a number of other downtown businesses were participating in the Where’s Waldo Passport event for the month of July.
Some of the cuddly stuffed animals were from Gund and Warmies. I found a Paddington Bear among them. There was also a fluffy, fuzzy dog, a Knight Owl, and more.
A gift section for babies had bodysuits. For young girls, there was a good selection of fancy princess dresses.
I also saw some White Mountain Puzzles.
At least 80% of what I saw in the store was all merchandise I hadn’t seen there before. And, everything in the store is of excellent quality.
I rate this visit at 5.0 and highly recommend shopping here for children on one’s gift list.
