Karisoke Research Center - Dian Fossey Camp的点评
点评：Yesterday I hiked up to Dian Fosseys grave site. My research had left me unsure if I would make it. Someone had commented that only half the people make it to the site. It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived and I felt like I could have kept going. I believe there are many factors that determine how you go. Weather - we had a sunny day and it wasn't too muddy. FItness - Can't say i was particularly fit. i had surgery or my arm 3 months ago so had only just started walking about 3 weeks before we left home. Attitude -I went believing I could do it and it was alot easier than I had anticipated. Our Guide Odere was wonderful. There was no pressure and you could take your time. There were plenty of stops on the way up. The trail evens off the closer you get to the site and its a mystical walk. Stunningly beautiful and 100% worth it.
