点评：The Marble Mountains - also known as the Mountains of the Five Elements - were a captivating stop on our journey from Da Nang to Hội An. This extraordinary cluster of limestone and marble hills rises dramatically from the landscape, each mountain symbolising one of the five natural elements: metal, wood, water, fire and earth. The site is both spiritually significant and visually striking, offering a blend of temples, caves, pagodas and panoramic viewpoints.
During our visit, we explored Non Nước Stone Village, a long‑established artisan community renowned for its marble craftsmanship. Here, local sculptors showcased exceptional skill, carving intricate statues, religious figures and decorative pieces with remarkable precision. Watching these artisans at work was a highlight - each creation reflecting generations of tradition and artistry. Many of their marble products are exported worldwide, a testament to the village’s reputation and the quality of its craftsmanship.
