Great View but Disappointing Experience
光大大厦的点评
点评：My spouse and I visited Komtar Skywalk in Penang and went up to the observation deck on the 65th floor and the skywalk on the 68th floor. The view of George Town from above was quite beautiful, especially around sunset — a perfect time to enjoy the city skyline together.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The building was almost empty, with many vacant and poorly maintained areas. While on the skywalk, a staff member offered us a photo package, which we decided to take. After the photo session, we were given a ‘photo claim card’ and were told we could download the photo in about 3 hours. However, when we tried to access it, the photo couldn’t be found — very frustrating, especially since we had paid for the service.
This place has great potential as a tourist attraction, but it really needs better maintenance and more reliable service.
