点评：Do not book with this company!
The tours are overpriced, and the boats are overcrowded.
They advertise that food is included, but the meals are terrible, and the drinks are always warm.
The crew is rude and unprepared to assist guests. The guides speak very poor English, making them almost impossible to understand. Clear communication is essential for a tour guide, and this company completely fails in that regard.
At most stops, we were simply dropped off with little to no information, and when explanations were given, they were so difficult to understand that they were useless.
The kayaking experience was equally disappointing. One crew member was extremely rude, yelling at me to pick up the paddles and push the kayaks into the water.
My friend also stepped on a sea urchin because the crew never warned us where it was safe to swim.
I could go on, but I’ll save both your time and mine.
Please don’t ruin your holiday by booking with this company.
