点评：Huge, massive thank you (and please ensure you pass this on) to the wonderful car park security officer/supervisor at the Adelaide Convention Centre (Saturday 29/8). I couldn't find my car. I parked it in the North Terrace park and was searching for it in the Riverbank carpark because whoever I passed and asked said 'yes this is the Convention Centre carpark'. I didn't realize there were two separate areas. So I pressed the phone/help button on the carpark entry/entrance and a lovely young security carpark man said "no worries I will come and help you" and indeed he did. By this stage, I am in a complete flap because I told my Mother (89 years of age) that I would pick her up from the front on the Adelaide Festival Theatre "in 15 minutes". That 15 minutes turned into one hour and she doesn't have a mobile phone. Therefore, I couldn't contact her to let her know what was happening. I was so anxious and this gentleman was so kind and reassuring and helped me to locate my car and get out of the carpark. I could have hugged him I was so relieved. (Of course that wouldn't have been appropriate). My Mum was starting to getting worried by the time I got to her. Not sure she will come to a show with me again but at least I now know there are two Convention Centre carparks. I wish I had read his name from his name badge so I could have mentioned him, but again I was in such a flap I didn't think of it at the time. Thank you to this man and to the Adelaide Convention Centre for allowing your staff to be very people-centred. Jenny N
