Rude staff and misleading booking

点评：Hi recently just had my Christmas party there last week on Sunday. I originally booked the party in the 1314 area. It was confirmed on my booking and I was also told many times over the phone that it was being held in 1314. When we arrived for our Christmas party I was told that 1314 was not open so we just had tables reserved in the original bar area. During this time we were told to keep quiet and I quote ‘it’s not a Friday or Saturday night’. To make it clear, everyone was just sitting down talking to eachother and having a laugh, that was it. One staff member ALSO opened the door to the ladies toilets and told a few of the girls in there to keep the noise down even though they were just taking photos in the mirror and talking, laughing etc.
I will never advise people to come here for a staff party because 1) it was pretty obvious that we were not wanted there and the staff seemed to have a problem with everything and 2) I was under the impression that our Christmas party was being in held in the 1314 area as that’s what was on my booking and was confirmed to me over the phone more than once.
The food that was given to us was really lovely but unfortunately that was the only nice thing about our experience there.
