Twin Lakes Boat Rental的点评
点评：I set up the rental in March and all went great. In early July, Twin Lakes Boat Rental allowed me to change the rental days. Great start!!!! The morning of our rental, they forgot we had changed days, so I called to remind them and we received the boat an hour late. No problem, we are on vacation. We then discovered the boat we were supposed to rent wasn't available because the key was missing (why aren't there two?). Prior to delivery, the TLBR folks on the phone asked if we wanted to tube. I said we would but had brought everything we needed to tube. When they showed up with the "back-up" pontoon, they said, "I doubt you will be able to tube, the engine is only 60 HP." They were correct. The engine was not in great running shape, it had hardly any power, the steering was stiff and tended to turn right a lot and the propellor was beat up. We made the best of our two days we had the pontoon, but kids were disappointed they could not tube. All in all, not a great experience. And have two keys for all of your boats!!!
