A large sandy beach with a pine forest and wetlands nearby

点评：Thursday 22nd July and we visited Osalla Beach on the eastern Sardinian coast in the Gulf of Orosei. We parked up along the roadside, where there was lots of free parking. Closer to the beach there was a parking area that charged.
We started walking towards the beach, access was by means of a few wooden bridges and through a pine forest. The bridges spanned the waters of the Stagno Petrosu, wetlands, reviewed separately.
The beach comprises of mainly of white sand, washed by the Mediterranean Sea and stretches along the coast for 4,000 metre, almost as far as the eye could see.
It was a very picturesque scene with blue sky enhancing the white sand and the crystal clear blue waters of the sea. The surrounding mountainous terrain and the pine forest added to the scenery.
There were a number of water sports, swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving. We did see some windsurfing and there were some pedalos lined up along the beach.
The only shade here was towards the back of the beach in the shadows of the trees in the forest.
There were some sunloungers and umbrellas available to rent. Most visitors chose to spread out their beach mats and towels on the sand, there was so much space to do so. A number had brought their own umbrellas, chairs and sunbeds.
At the time of our visit there was a lifeguard on duty on the section of my the beach we were on.
There were also a few market stalls by the beach sell clothing, souvenirs and more.

我们去的时候，我们所在的沙滩区域有救生员值班。
沙滩边还有一些摊位，出售服装、纪念品等等。
