点评：We have recently returned from a great bird watching holiday to Costa Rica with Peregrinus Expeditions. We found the whole tour to be superbly planned from the very first day until the last. The places we visited were amazing and allowed us to see some truly exquisite birds, plants, and wildlife. Planning the trip was easy, and Carolina kept us fully informed before we left home and during the trip. Cris, our guide throughout the trip, possessed exceptional knowledge and expertise about birds, nature, and the countryside, and he made the trip truly memorable. He knew exactly where the different birds and wildlife would be hiding or flying, and it was such a privilege to have him as our guide. We visited four very different areas: rainforests, volcanoes, coastal estuary, and mountains, which gave us the chance to observe many different species of birds. I’m fairly sure we saw over 250 different species during our 12 day trip. The lodges we stayed in varied from superb to some that were a little more rustic, depending on location, but in all of them, we received a warm welcome and great food. Cris also knew the best places for lunch breaks and a coffee, where we were able to watch the birds and wildlife, as well as being able to enjoy the different locations. It was an unforgettable trip, and we definitely want to go on another one with them. If you want to have the experience of a lifetime, we can’t recommend Peregrinus Expeditions highly enough.
