VERY BAD CUSTOMER ORIENTED

点评：Beautiful golf course, very good shape, but....
I came back for a competition after 5 years. All the personnel has changed unfortunately for the worst. They used to be so polite and client oriented.
It took me 3 days to get someone to answer the phone to reserve a bogey. They just have the answering machine saying they answer to your calls from 8:30 to...., no matter at what time you call.
At the reception it seems that you really bother them.
I bought a sandwich that the guy made in front of me, came from a table where he was talking, but did not wash his hands and took the bread and ham with them!!! It was a very hot day....I let you imagine!
After the 18th hole we went for the distribution of prizes, when we left, the bogeys that were there were no longer there. They came to pick them up and left the bags there without saying anything, with the excuse that they start at early in the morning and that they want to go home. But it was not closing time yet.
Beautiful golf course as mentioned, but the service is terrible.
