Old Mission General Store的点评
点评：Indeed, walking into the past is amazing to me! The Old Mission General Store was pretty spectacular to walk into and see the old incorporated with the new! This place is small and tight. When we arrived, my wife and I were the only customers in the store. Shortly thereafter, other visitors entered the store and things got cramped and tighter quickly.
The older gentleman that was working here told us that four presidents had been in this old store. He also shared that a family had lived upstairs above the old general store for over 100 years. He shared that some family members had not only been born upstairs, but they had also died upstairs. He also shared with us the story about how the ice house on tj property was put to use. Very Interesting!
Ice cream, bananas, bread, cheese, chips, soda, t-shirts, wine, candy, glue, bourbon… this historic general store is not only a historical monument, it is a fully operational and working convenience store as well. You must take time to stop in and check this place out!
