Terrible! STAY AWAY!
安通群岛国家海洋公园的点评
点评：Terrible experience. We booked the Ang Thong trip and were going to drive ourselves to the boat location. We were told they prefer to pickup because” we go out of 3 or more different spots, so we can’t give you a specific location.” That was strange considering most (if not) trips like this that we’ve taken have a consistent base of operations.
Nevertheless, we agreed to the pickup. I sent a map location of where we could be picked up which made it easier for them since our villa is in a steep hill location.
The day of pickup we were at the location before the window of 7:45-8:00 AM. Never received any communication the day before or the morning of. Waited until 8:45 and no one showed. I also reached via email and WhatsApp and got no response.
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Communication was abysmal. You have many choices for this trip. Stay away from this group. I only gave them one star because you can’t give them less. That’s what they deserve-a big zero.
Btw- still have not heard anything from them several hours later but they did process payment which I stopped via credit card.
