Beautiful surroundings but disappointing meal and very long waiting time

点评：We booked this restaurant for a family special birthday event over a month ago mentioning to be sorted inside. We also stopped by few days before to make sure all was ok , we were shown the menu forezien which we ordered.
When we arrived, the table was set outside and not inside fortunately the weather cooled down slightly which makes it ok.
When we were ready to order, no menu was available, why they didn't warn us beforehands , poor customer service.
We were still offered frog legs as a main.
After a wait of over 1h, 1 adult and 2 of the 3 children were served their starters.
1 hour afterwards our main arrived and the portion of chips for the 3 years old child who started to be very impatient.
The frog legs were terribly disappointed, 2 or 3 were eatable the others were hard. The birthday lady couldn't eat any and gave it to another member. As we were all starving at this point,we ate it in despite.
Comments were given to the waitress who mentioned we could have cook another batch...and wait another 1h30 no thank you.
The children burgers were overcooked and cheese totally grilled.
Dessert arrived they were all delicious. We left immediately afterwards as we were quite fed up.
So nice surroundings, nice to be together in family for this special events but unfortunately we won't go back there.

蛙腿这道菜实在令人失望：只有两三块能吃，其余的都硬得咬不动。寿星女士一口也吃不下，只好把那些蛙腿让给了其他人。此时我们全都饿坏了，只好硬着头皮吃了下去。我们向服务员提出了意见，她提到我们可以再做一批……但我们可不想再等1个半小时了，谢谢。
孩子们的汉堡烤过头了，上面的奶酪也完全烤化了。
甜点上来了，全都非常美味。吃完后我们立刻就离开了，因为真的吃不下去了。
环境很不错，能全家一起庆祝这个特别的节日也挺开心的，可惜我们不会再光顾了。
