Disappointing Experience
Sxm Surf Explorer的点评
点评：Not the best experience with this company. We were a party of seven and unfortunately ran into several issues during our surf lesson. Two instructors were assigned to our group, but one of the surfboards was forgotten, causing a delay of about 15 minutes while an instructor returned to the shop to retrieve it. Despite the delayed start, our session was then cut short by approximately 45 minutes. The instructors claimed the lesson was only scheduled for 90 minutes, even though we had paid for a full 2-hour session, which Thibault confirmed.
In addition, the instruction provided—especially for the first-time surfers in our group—was below expectations. The instructors did not seem engaged or enthusiastic, and it showed in the overall level of service.
Communication with Thibault was excellent during the booking process, but after the surf day, I reached out several times to request a partial refund and never received a response. The lack of follow-up was very disappointing and felt unprofessional.
Overall, our group left very disappointed, and it unfortunately put a damper on our trip. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.
