One Eyed Rat的点评
点评：Absolutely love the One Eyed Rat but I was really disappointed to again hear the one member of staff talking to younger customers inappropriately.
This is the 3rd time over the last month or so she has either had a go at young customers for either:
- ordering & paying separately (they could be students or not have much money to pay for a round)
- ordering a round but then complaining as the young person has to then go and get everyone to show ID
Or
- having a go for someone asking for a glass of water.
It feels that this age group can’t win either way and really disappointing to hear and witness.
I get the Rat is a small (possibly independent) pub and the prices are good but these youngsters are part of our community, add to the diverse age range that frequents the pub and are our future generation.
Please can the staff treat the youngsters who visit the One Eyes Rat with respect as I know the lady behind the bar would not talk to me as an older male in the same way.
