Nice experience but chaotic organisation
Pelican Point Kayaking的点评
点评：It started with waiting after the meeting time at 8am - no information why. Only when we insisted we left (some guest arriived to late). As a result being the last group on the way and at the Pelican Point all the more secluded places by the seals where all taken. When we arrived at the tip of Pelican Point - one other group who where there where already dressed and we had to hurry up with putting on the (wet) Windbreaker gear (only XS and XL still available). And there where not enough safety wests!! for all the guests in our group!. How can this be as they know in advance how many people attend the tour. (One of the guides provided his and one guest went without! Then we did not receive any "Splash Cover" for the Kajaks (which was always mentioned in the booking papers). Finnaly we where "guided" around the corner of Pelican Point - against the waves therefore lots of splashing, all the guests got wet - down to the underwear as the Windbreaker and pants you provide is not waterproof. On the way back - It felt like a race - everybody was overtaking us with the car and the Kajak-trailer. We enjoyed the experience but would use another company.
翻译：早上8点集合后，我们等了很久，却没有任何解释。直到我们坚持要求离开（因为有些客人迟到了），他们才出发。结果，我们是最后一批出发的，到达鹈鹕角时，所有靠近海豹的僻静角落都被占满了。当我们到达鹈鹕角顶端时，另一组已经穿戴整齐，我们不得不赶紧穿上（湿漉漉的）防风衣（只剩下XS和XL码了）。而且，连救生衣都不够！我们组的所有客人都不够用！他们明明事先知道有多少人参加，怎么会这样呢？ （其中一位向导提供了防溅罩，但一位客人却没带！之后我们也没有收到皮划艇的“防溅罩”（预订单上明明写着有）。最后，我们被“引导”着绕过鹈鹕角拐角——逆着海浪，所以溅起了很多水花，所有客人都湿透了——因为你们提供的防风衣和裤子不防水，连内衣裤都湿透了。回程的时候——感觉像是在比赛——每个人都开着车带着皮划艇拖车超过了我们。我们享受了这次体验，但下次会选择其他公司。）
