Lovely event, just badly managed

点评：Today we took our toddler to the free musical picnic event which Warwick Arts Centre hold every month which enables families to see some very interesting musicians perform in a relaxed environment without the expensive price tag of a formal event. Although this is a brilliant initiative it's always poorly managed by the staff there who, despite it being the same every time, seem constantly overwhelmed by how popular it is and unable to competently manage the area leading to it feeling overcrowded and unsafe. Families and children fall over each other trying desperately to move around the space, not enough seating is provided leading staff to interupt the concert to demand people already sat down give up any cushions they are using on the floor for latecomers, rather than just get more seating out (and are difficult with people unable to do so). It's such a shame as other family events here are so well managed (we love the 'My First Concert' series and activities) but the musical picnics need a lot better management for them to feel safe and enjoyable and the staff need more support to run these well as they are really struggling.
