点评：We were on the private 4 night Aurora Escape loved it. The customer service from the pre trip Team to Our amazing guide Gavin it was an amazing trip. But what happens after the trip speaks to the integrity that comes from the top down in this organization. My wife lost the diamond from her ring while we were there and could not find it. After we left that day Gavin found it on the floor in the house we stayed in and they said they would ship it back to the states for us.We found out that shipping a loosed diamond without ownership papers was not possible. So the owners offered to bring it with them in April when they were visiting family. I flew to St Louis this weekend and met Chad and Linnea to retrieve my wife’s diamond. So, to Gavin, Chad, Linnea and the entire team we are so grateful.
