点评:Living locally I visited Sherwood Forest almost weekly over the past fifteen years but only twice since the RSPB took over. On my visit yesterday we paid £5 for parking and I set off into the forest with my rollator. The logs crossing the path on the initial approach are so high that it makes it difficult to push a rollator over them. Walking further the paths were so deeply rutted and uneven that disabled walking is extremely strenuous and I very quickly had to turn back. My complaint is that I was charged £5 for disabled parking only to have to leave after a short time. A further point the parking ticket shows Fee paid as 0.50p i.e. 50pence I will not be visiting again nor will I re-join the RSPB or give any further donations towards the purchase of sites.
