点评：I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to on this occasion. I have been taking my Mum on the afternoon tea Mothers Day Cruise public event trip for around 10 years now and always had a great time hence re-booking. Firstly to say the staff were fantastic and the afternoon tea itself very enjoyable. Our complaint is with how many people were on the boat, we noticed a large increase in people, to the point we could hardly hear ourselves due to the noise (several very young children) but most importantly, difficulty moving in and from the tables. These were so tightly together people couldn't move to get seated easily and when they did took table cloths/flowers and drinks with them! This is such a shame. I am not sure if there has been a change of management but it appeared as though it was purely a money making exercise to cram as many people in as possible making it much less enjoyable than previous years, We have also previously booked trip in the summer, we booked a cruise last year in July. When looking to re-book this has now changed to a 2 hour cruise as opposed to 3 hours for the same price (these trips are not cheap) and two cruises a day as opposed to one. Again, it would appear you are getting much less for your money for a shorter trip. This is really disappointing and we will most probably we booking elsewhere in the future which is shame after many enjoyable years on the river with Hobbs!
翻译：我很少写评论，但这次实在忍不住要写。我带妈妈参加母亲节下午茶游轮活动已经有十年了，每次都非常愉快，所以今年才再次预订。首先要说的是，工作人员非常棒，下午茶本身也很美味。但我们抱怨的是船上的人数太多了，我们注意到人数大幅增加，以至于我们几乎听不到彼此说话（因为有几个很小的孩子），但最重要的是，进出餐桌非常困难。餐桌之间的距离太近了，人们很难找到座位，即使找到了，也会把桌布、鲜花和饮料带走！这真是太遗憾了。我不确定是不是管理层换了，但感觉他们只是为了赚钱而尽可能多地塞人，导致体验远不如往年。我们之前也预订过夏季的行程，去年七月就预订了一次游轮之旅。重新预订时发现，游船时长从3小时缩短到了2小时，价格却不变（这些行程并不便宜），而且每天只有两班，而不是之前的一班。也就是说，行程缩短，性价比却降低了。这真是令人失望，以后我们很可能会选择其他公司预订。多年来我们一直很享受霍布斯公司的游船之旅，现在却要取消，真是太可惜了！
