点评:We go the cinema a lot as a family and all have unlimited cards today we tried to purchase tickets to a 15 the lady was incredibly rude she refused tickets for my two teenage sons only because she said my partner said they were children he said 3 adults and two 15 year olds! She stood there lying to our faces arguing he said things he never! She never even got a proper look at my boys who clearly look 15! She stood there lying and smirking and getting very cocky and said everyone has ID! I've never had this issue ever been to a few 15 ratings with them and every other time the staff are always friendly and polite, next time I'll be making sure they carry ID incase. No need to treat customers in a rude way she needs to learn good customer service! I'm considering maybe cancelling our unlimited membership and joining odeon in stead! 85 quid a month for us all and let's face it falkirk cineworld is run down and grotty needs a lot of work!
