Fore! Great Golf Resort, But My Lesson Request Is Still Waiting on the Tee

点评：I recently visited Las Colinas Golf & Country Club with my daughter, hoping to book an introductory golf lesson for the two of us.
We stopped by the golf shop, where the staff kindly referred us to the pro golfer. Unfortunately, he had just left, so we were given a business card with an email address and advised to get in touch that way.
I sent an email the same day, including a few questions and asking whether it might be possible to schedule a lesson sometime in the coming week.
Almost a week has passed now, and I have not yet received any response.
While Las Colinas is rightly proud of its beautiful course and high rankings (frequently listed among Europe’s Top 100 and often named one of Spain’s best), this lack of follow-up on a simple inquiry was disappointing. A prompt reply, even if just to say lessons were fully booked, would have been greatly appreciated.
I still hope to arrange a lesson in the future and would welcome any assistance in making that happen.
