点评:Parking can be tricky and you do have to pay but the beach as beautiful and the water was perfect. Our last two days we had some significant waves which was a lot of fun. We kept watch for lifeguard to put out the different colored flags meaning different things. We hate purple, jellyfish! He put yellow up one day which was moderate currents. The beach was clean minus parents leaving their kids shoes and sand pail items behind. There’s a wooden bin at beach entrance so so I threw the toys, goggles and shoes I found in there. I did pick up some people’s trash that they left behind. Mostly kids stuff again. My daughter even helped me police the area before we left. We collected trash and hauled it up to the trash cans at the entrance on our way out. There’s a nice mat leading you from the ramp down to the sandy beach to protect the dunes and help keep the sand on the beach. Makes it easier for walking and many, many people brought their wagons hauling their chairs and tents etc. Saw a few people with bikes but I wouldn’t recommend it during peak season. Was way to busy for them to be able to ride. The bathrooms and showers are nice at the entrance of the parking lot.
