Napali Kai III crew was fantastic!

点评：The Napali Kai III crew was fantastic on our June 4th tour of the Napali Coast. They were constantly asking if they could get us water or if we needed anything and otherwise engaging guests in conversation. The captain was very knowledgeable about the coast and did a great job of sharing facts over the sound system without being overly intrusive and talking non stop. Swells were pretty high on the day we went but they kept us safe and made the experience as enjoyable as possible. It was too rough to get out and snorkel around lunch time due to poor visibility but they stopped in a place that was calm enough for people to swim and dive off the boat if desired. Our 12 year old daughter is not the best swimmer. But with a yellow life belt on she did great and one of the staff stayed right next to her to make sure she didn't drift too far from the boat in the current. They played great music from time to time and even took requests! My family and I were very thankful we took Dramamine or Bonine the night before and again an hour before we boarded. None of us had issues with feeling seasick, despite the high swells at times. This cruise was the highlight of our vacation for me (64), my wife (54) and our 3 offspring (27, 25, & 12)!
