点评：I recently visited Wilstem with my family. We had three adults and two kids. We booked the Elephant Spa Encounter then went on the Drive Through. The spa encounter was less immersive and hands on than we expected. We hardly got to interact with the Elephant in the Spa. I spent 5 minutes with them over the course of an hour, my son spent 15 minutes bc I our littlest didn’t want to so he took his turn, and the other adults each got 10 minutes. Here Is how it works: There were 3 elephants and you do one side at a time. Each side takes 7 people (1 to rinse, 1 to soap, 4 to scrub, and 1 to rinse.) No nails were done as advertised. Groups are up to 28 people. Due to the sizing of the group, it leaves little opportunity to do anything. My children actually got bored waiting. This hurt the rest of our experience at the facility. The elephant encounter was fine; although, I expected that we would have an opportunity to take photos with them individually and not given such a chance. The education encounter is worth its value, but the Spa is not. I am left disappointed in our trip and at this time, I would not recommend the Spa to others. I don’t usually leave negative feedback, but I felt I needed to and this instance so our families can better enjoy themselves and not waste money.

Another tip: don’t buy a bucket for the drive through, cups will suffice between half of the drive through is a no feed zone.

另一个小提示：别在驾车经过时购买水桶哦。几杯就足够了；车道中间的一半区域属于禁止喂食区。
