点评：I was extremely disappointed with the customer care after an error was made by New Hall Hotel Sutton Coldfield for an overnight stay and an evening meal which was made in person for me and my husband. Confirmation came through two days before the arrival date saying a SINGLE Room had been booked (incorrect) however, the restaurant had been booked for two people...I rang up immediately to rectify their error to be confronted with a very abrupt and rude woman who turned out to be one of the managers. This manager was prepared to change the room type for an additional cost. I asked if she would honour the price I had already paid in advance as it wasn't our fault, to which she replied no and continued to tell me that she wasn't going to argue with me as it wasn't worth it. At that point I asked to cancel which she was happy to do. I will not be spending any more money there as I now know what they think of their customers and I will not be recommending this hotel. Beautiful place and the serving staff are friendly and accommodating shame about the customer care from the management.
