点评：Front staff as we arrived was lovely and friendly. Price for eat and pay was okay, however kids meals did not include a drink. When ordering food, they did not do beef burgers, but was told a Beanie burger is the same, knowing it is for Vegans. Surly staff should know what is in their foods they are providing and should also be able to provide options for all, Vegans and non Vegans. They only provide jugs of squash for parties only. All soft play places I have been always provide drinks with kids meals and jugs of squash, especially the price you pay for children and having to pay £2.50 for adults to enter. Meals are in plastic baskets, not plates, beans and peas are in small paper pots, no cutlery available, was told they ran out, were washed and being used, they do not have small spoons either. Place was not packed, but still tablets that were not cleared that had cutlery on. Was an hour and half before tablets were being cleared. Was told they have no spoons and children were expected to eats their beans/peas with their fingers. When paying just under £16 for play and eat, a drinks should be in the meal, but most importantly, there should be more than enough cutlery and staff need training on the ingredients in their foods they provide and have options for both Vegans and non Vegans. Kids did have fun, but will not come back again.
