Secret Italia Tours的点评
点评：We have done two tours with Secret Italia (also Secret Travels): Portugal in September 2025 and Puglia/Matera May 2026. Aldo and Kristen have developed a fantastic organization with great staff to make every trip smooth, fun, educational and memory creating.
Tour managers Pedro in Portugal and Sarah in Italy are phenomenal folks with great knowledge of the areas history, landmarks, tourist spots and eateries. The hotels and restaurants selected for the group are top notch. Transportation in a comfortable luxury minibus with safe conscientious drivers (Sergio and Oronzo) makes touring an absolute breeze, getting into locations large buses cannot access. Tickets to museums, basilicas and other activities are taken care of by the tour managers. Because of their extensive local knowledge, the times of those activities are selected to minimize waiting and enjoy at a much more comfortable pace.
Sarah’s connections with local area specific tour guides in Italy adds extra attention to history and local experiences.
From initial contact through the entire booking experience, Manuela promptly and clearly communicates with thorough details, answers all questions, and offers suggestions with travel options and accommodations before and after the tour.
If you have traveled with other small group touring companies, try Secret Italia/Travels at least once-you will be hooked. I look forward to more destinations to open in the future.
