Amazing Safari Experience in Kenya and Tanzania

点评：We recently returned from a two week safari in Kenya and Tanzania. It was an amazing experience! Shadows of Africa worked with us to assemble a truly memorable experience. Our safari entailed extensive game drives, wonderful lodging, two border crossings and in country flights on small aircraft. Shadows of Africa executed every detail flawlessly. We witnessed two other couples with other tour companies have issues, but we experienced no missteps whatsoever. We chose to upgrade our lodging in lieu of mobile tent camps in the planning stage and each of the lodges they placed us in in both Kenya and Tanzania were really really nice. It was amazing to be on a game day all day in the bush and them come into a really nice lodge for the evening. Most had inground pools , indoor/ outdoor restaurants, great food and adorable ample sized rooms with very comfortable beds, indoor and outdoor showers, toilets... Our guide in Kenya was Joseph Koyie and in Tanzania was Charles Lucas. Both were outstanding. Their connection to the land and their understanding of the animals was beyond incredible. They were both very engaging and we learned and saw so much because of them. And our group felt very safe traveling among all of the wild animals because of them. In short , if you are considering a safari experience, we highly highly recommend Shadows of Africa. We cannot think of anything that we would have changed.
