Kenya safari + Mombasa, Lamu and Nairobi

点评：We used Shadows of Africa for a 7 day safari in Kenya (Amboseli, east and west Tsavo) as well as planning the next week (Mombasa, Lamu and Nairobi). Iwas overall very satisfied with the service we received. Specifically:
- Karen Maki did an excellent job turning my requirements into a well planned trip. The choice of parks and daily schedule met our desire to alternate activities. We were pleased with the quality of the accomodations which really fit my expectations even though I had not given a lot of details to Karen. I particularly appreciated that she proposed options in Lamu while other companies tried to discourage me to go there. In addition Karen was always highly responsive and professional in her interactions with me.
- Martin, our guide and driver, provided safe driving, pleasant interactions all week long, and knew where to take us to see animals
My only suggestion for improvement would be for the local correspondent to be more proactive with his communication. It is easy to provide telephone numbers of the drivers for pickup to the airports and other places, sonthat we can communicate directly and avoid delays.
Overall, I recommend SOA stronglyband would use them again.
