点评:Such a bad experience tonight at Costco! Why do you hire all these young ladies and did not train them to be polite and help to customers? We were in rush and beg one of the self check out cashier to help us with self check out. She pretenteded to not hear, proceding to change the paper of the mechine. When she was finally available to help, she only scanned the water and left. We were confused but then we realized we were supposed to scan the rest of products. We asked her if we can use the manual scanner, she said no, only she can use it. We begged her to come back and scan the rest of the products and she pretended to not hear.
At the end we asked her to cancel the transaction and we proceeded to wait in line for somebody else to help us.
We got to the cashier and she asked us to put the small products on the belt, she did not want to scan 10 products from the cart. We told her to feel free and do whatever she wanted. She continue asking us to place the small products on the belt. We refused to help and she asked why we do not want to help. When I start explaing what happened, she cut me off with “I do not want to hear this story.” I was already LIVID!!!!
