Intake is hell and Jackson isn’t worth the headache. Ride elsewhere.

点评：As a horse lover from Texas, I wanted this place to win. The premise is compelling enough that I cleared my schedule twice to learn more. Once for a solo call, once to wrangle two of my busiest friends into a group call Jackson specifically requested.
Those friends: a global director of sales and an interior designer. I'm a business owner. We are not people with loose time. We blocked it anyway.
His opening line to three women who just coordinated across time zones to spend money at his business:
"If I made personal calls at work, I'd be fired."
Wasn’t endearing or in jest, it was condescending for no reason.
He then launched into the exact same rehearsed pitch I'd already sat through the day before! Literally word for word, no room for questions, no actual conversation. When one of my friends mentioned her horseback riding experience in Portugal and politely challenged one of his lofty claims, that was this OLD cowboy's last straw. He told us to forget about it and ended the call.
A few parting notes:
No pricing provided! Once you dig, it's not competitive. Who cares about the ride being free if the experience isn’t enjoyable. People budget for experiences and this place isn’t considerate of that.
Calls are recorded with zero heads-up. Bold choice for a business with no formal intake process.
Jackson threatened to pull our recorded calls to verify his own vague instructions.
Anyway, there is probably something worth experiencing here but Jackson has made sure you'll never get there.
