点评：We visited Yunnan a high elevation place, where we stayed at an altitude of 6,250 ft upon arrival and spent our last day at 12,155 ft following the Kunming-Dali-Lijang-ShangriLa loop. We booked a private tour with English speaking guides, who helped us in our interactions with the locals and explained details about the places we visited. Appreciated the natural sceneries of mountains, lakes, cultural shows, temples and monasteries. Sampled the local foods like the Yak meat hotpot and rice noodle meals. I was amazed of the infrastructure system of China, and use of modern technology in the places we visited and at the same time preserving their old city heritage in the case of Dali and Lijang. We had lows of -1 celsius at dawn on our last day in Shangri-La. It is important to bring cold weather attire if you plan to visit.
