Absolutely sickened by the staff.
Funkys Roller Skating & Adventure Play的点评
点评：We went to Funkys today (5.09.26). We spent nearly £70 in their establishment for roller skating, soft play, food and drinks at the cafe.
Some of our children suffer with autism.
The staff at the cafe were extremely rude. They were mocking some of our children. Laughing at them when one of them came to ask for another tea bag due to him finding his tea too weak.
This is very unprofessional and not the first time this has happened here.
It’s also disgusting that they’ve done this infront of us careers sat opposite them at the cafe.
They all appear miserable towards customers.
This is such a shame they’ve let this happen to their establishment, I even remember when I was younger visiting here and it was such a fun experience. Now it appears no one seem to care, everyone is miserable and rude and just want to take your money.
