Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Service , rude staff

点评：I had a very disappointing experience at Wheatley Provincial Park. The customer service was extremely poor. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and did not seem to care about visitors’ concerns or requests. Instead of being helpful, they were dismissive and unwilling to assist.
The campground itself was also not well maintained. The facilities and surrounding areas were very dirty, which made our stay unpleasant. In addition, many of the campsites were much smaller than expected. Some sites were so cramped and uneven that they were barely suitable for pitching a tent.
Overall, this was one of the worst camping experiences I’ve had. I hope the park management improves both customer service and campsite maintenance in the future. I would not recommend this campground based on my experience.
