A truly amazing day
The Big Cat Sanctuary的点评
点评：I booked a 1-2-1 photography workshop, having previously attended workshops at other wildlife parks which didn’t turned out to be helpful or enjoyable, I was a little apprehensive, but there certainly wasn’t any need to be worried.
Shortly after meeting Alma, their lead photographer, I knew I was in safe hands and the day was going to be something special. Alma, took time to understand my level of experience, what I was hoping to get out of the day and any worries I had. As we headed out to meeting the cats all of my worriers disappeared.
Alma gave me the confidence to try different shots and camera settings, never making me feel silly for asking questions. Her knowledge of the cats made the day even more special, she chatted and introduced me to her friends (the cats) always reassuring them as we accessed spaces normally off limits to guests. This helped me understand their personalities and behaviours and in turned they allowed me to take some excellent photos.
All of the staff on site were brilliant and friendly, they worked hard to ensure the cats were ok and their guests had the best day possible.
Lunch in the restaurant was lovely, all freshly prepared and great selection of choose from.
This definitely won’t be my only visit / photography workshop, next time I hope to stay in the one of the beautiful lodges that have recently been updated.
I cannot recorded this workshop highly enough to photographers of all levels.
