点评：my experience at this venue was going well until, another racer crashed into me from behind rather aggressively. I was forcibly slammed into the sponge barrier around a sharp corner, which caused my helmet to break and become unwearable, it also caused the METAL steering wheel to bend and jab me in the ribs which caused bleeding and severe bruising on both my ribs and my back . whilst I can appreciate that this isn't the staffs fault, the aggressive racer was then allowed to continue racing and intimidating other members of my group. I was then offered no form of first aid or compensation from either of the two managers working the desk, they offered me an ice pack to an open wound, no one medically assessed me, I had to question whether any staff were actually first aid trained. the customer service at this establishment was absolutely unacceptable despite the fact the injuries I sustained were purely a result of the karts and the helmets inability to withstand impact from a SPONGE barrier.
