K1 Speed Addison的点评
点评：I had a disappointing experience at K1 Speed. First, they refused to accept my gift voucher from 2019, claiming it expired after 30 days. However, Illinois law states that gift cards and vouchers do not expire, making this refusal both incorrect and unfair.
Second, our group of six arrived at 6:00 PM, after calling five days in advance and again three hours before arrival, only to be told that reservations weren’t allowed for groups under eight. When we got there, no one would provide an estimated wait time, and we ended up waiting until 9:30 PM for our first race—a 3.5-hour wait with zero transparency. If we had known the wait would be this long, we would have gone elsewhere.
To make things worse, I reached out to corporate about these issues, and they never responded. Between denying a valid gift voucher, the complete disregard for customer time, and lack of accountability from corporate, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. I expected much better from K1 Speed and I am not sure I will ever return to the Buffalo Grove location again...
