Don't take an under 2 year old

点评：We called ahead to check if there was space to fit 2 adults & an 18 month old in. We were told we could be squeezed in if we came there & then. Which we did.
Upon arrival we were met with a grumpy lady on reception who really made it feel like us being there was inconvenient for them. She didn't ask if we had been before & was trying to find our details until I said we hadn't been (I didn't know our details would need to be registered, & she made it sound like she was filling our info as she went), she was very huffy about the whole process, we should have just left at this point to be honest.
There was no explanation as to what areas we could use. Was under 4's available for the price we paid? Were we confined to just the under 2 section? This was just unclear.
For the safety of our child we stuck with the under 2s regardless. Albeit she loved climbing up & using the slide, this section was boring & almost forgotten about.
Everything looked filthy & poorly maintained. The small ballpit didn't have many balls & the surround was in a terrible condition. The walkers & activity tables had all seen better days. They are all so easily replaceable by finding cheap ones in charity shops or even facebook marketplace.
It is also not monitored & there were definitely occasions where people were in there with their 3+ year olds.
Our little one got hungry so we thought we would see what food they had, this was so disappointing, nothing homemade or freshly made, just overpriced items picked up from the wholesalers. Nothing healthy & they looked awful. Safe to say we left to not waste more money on rubbish.
We wont be returning until our little one is bigger & will be making sure we have eaten beforehand.

而且这里无人监管，我们看到有人带着三岁以上的孩子在里面玩耍。
我们家孩子饿了，就想看看有什么吃的，结果非常失望，没有自制的，也没有新鲜的，都是些从批发商那里进的，价格却贵得离谱。一点都不健康，看起来也很难吃。为了不浪费钱，我们只好离开了。
等孩子再大一些，我们不会再来了，而且下次去之前一定要先吃饱。
