点评:I had a terrible experience with customer service at Burtown house. I booked a night away at the stable yard. Online what I booked was the house which sleeps 6 people. When I arrived I was checked into the studio apartment. This was not what I booked and had the booking reference. When it was brought to the manager I was told that the house was booked. I was very disappointed. Nothing was done. When I checked out I asked to speak to the owner. I was told it was a booking.com error and was made feel it was my fault. The owner told me he was very disappointed. Nothing was done and left feeling very upset by the whole experience. It’s a shame because it’s a lovely venue and this was for a birthday weekend. I sent the owner my email for booking reference stating the stable yard was booked and he said he would be in touch but 2 weeks later I have got no reply. So so disappointing and very upsetting customer service experience. I was made feel it was my fault even though I didn’t get the accommodation I had booked.
