点评:I would avoid this place like the plague.
We looked so forward to this trip, but it has been a complete disappointment.
It is poorly managed, very rundown, and while the staff are doing their best, a negative energy comes through everywhere.
I’ve had a repair person come to my (upgraded, deluxe ocean front) room several times since arriving. The safe keeps breaking, the door key broke. I couldn’t get into either the door or the safe, and each time it needed to be repaired, I was required to be there. I’ve wasted hours waiting for these repairs. I’m going home in a day and I still don’t have hot water.I haven’t even bothered to tell them that the sliding glass door stays open and shut the bottom and whistles all night.
Of course, we understand when things go awry, but they seem to have a way of shaming and blaming us for everything, including throwing us out of a restaurant when we had a reservation, because they had a bigger table coming (no one showed up). The manager lead told us that they did so because they didn’t have enough food planned. Again… We made a reservation five days prior. And well, that is a pretty big oversight, it would have been much more palatable if they had just told us that instead of wasting our hour and letting us sit there hungry.
We have dozens more examples like that, but I won’t keep hammering.
Don’t waste your money, and don’t waste your week off.
