点评：We've just had the best day with Carolyn from Custom Day Tours! I was travelling with my elderly parents and my dad has some mobility limitations. Prior to booking the tour, communication was fabulous and I was confident we had chosen a suitable experience that would be enjoyable for all of us. We couldn't have been happier with the service Carolyn provided. Even after the ship being delayed, Carolyn adjusted times for different aspects of the tour so we wouldn't miss anything. A wheelchair was organised with no fuss for my dad during one part of the tour, and Carolyn's inside knowledge had us enjoying sights ahead of the crowds. We never felt rushed and were treated to a cultural experience, natural phenomenon, architecture, history, kiwi birds, fruit and people! (And so much more). We would absolutely book with Custom Day Tours again next time we are in Tauranga.
