点评：Let me tell you about my absolutely horrifying experience at this store with the male owner (or so he claimed).I will never go back here and I highly suggest anyone who is Wiccan or practices magic stays far far away from this place full of bad energy. I
10/25/23 it’s important to note that I went to this store in October which is the busiest month, these stores make enough money this one month to take care of their families for a whole year. I spent $120 the women who bagged my items put them in the (not so sturdy bag according to the owner) on the way out the door I thought this is awfully heavy and we are walking around for the day so hopefully the bag last at that moment I was bummed into and my bag broke and hit the ground the $23 bottle of protection garlic oil that was only wrapped in paper and not bubble wrap smashed and went all over the books I bought. I almost bursted into tears but I figured I’d go back and see if anything could be done. At first he said he could give me another oil for $19 that’s $4 off only $4 off a bottle of oil I had just bought no more than 5 mins ago I felt like that was extremely rude let alone is nasty attitude he had right away. I said that’s all you can do he said “well I didn’t bump into you” now here’s where I lost it as far as costumer service goes that was extremely disrespectful and uncalled for. I told him I’d like to return all my items since I felt like his whole energy was dark and I didn’t want anything from that store he told me he could only give me store credit, I said I just bought the items never made it home and since there was nothing he could do I’d like my money back to spend in a more positive and pleasant environment. I really just can’t believe he wasn’t able to replace my $23 bottle of oil since I had spent $120 he was still going to make $100 off me that’s just a shame. Blessed be he gets the same treatment as he gives.
